Design principles

Built to survive
even when your schedule falls apart

We name the point where the plan breaks before it breaks, and prepare for it.

01

It does not pick a place

Stage 1 uses no equipment and no gym. You do the same movements on a business trip. A plan that needs a place disappears entirely on the day the place does.

02

It takes little time

Twelve minutes a day. The plan survives only if the time is still there on a night you worked late.

03

Set the rule for missed days in advance

Missing a day does not mean doubling up the next. That urge to compensate is what creates the second drop-out. Where to make it up is written into the plan in advance.

04

We use the WHO as our standard

150 to 300 minutes of aerobic work a week, plus strength work twice a week or more. We take the adult recommendation from the WHO's 2020 physical activity guidelines as the target, unchanged.

What you get

It's all online.
No equipment, no measurements

What Atovia does today is online lectures and record-keeping. We do not list equipment we don't have.

VIDEO

Movement videos and a schedule

A table saying exactly what to do, how many times, on which days — plus the movement videos. Print it for the wall or keep it on your phone.

SELF

How to measure it yourself

No InBody, no VO2max. Instead, you'll learn to measure yourself at home the same way every time. It's not the equipment that shows the change — it's measuring the same way, again and again.

1:1

We meet over video

A person joins only at the last stage — checking your form over video and reading the record with you. There is no physical facility.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I have to join a gym?

Stage 1 does not need one. It is bodyweight only, no equipment. From stage 2 a gym helps, but we also give you home alternatives for every movement.

I have never exercised at all — will this work?

Stage 1 is that place. Twelve minutes a day, five movements. We do not count how many you do — only whether you get past two weeks.

What if I miss a whole week?

You do not do double the next day. That is the single biggest cause of the second drop-out. The rule for where to make up a missed day sits right in the schedule.

Do you have body-composition or fitness testing equipment?

We don't keep measuring equipment on hand. Instead, you learn to measure yourself at home under the same conditions every time. What shows change isn't the equipment — it's measuring the same way, consistently.

Can I do this with an injury or a chronic condition?

ATOVIA is not a medical institution. If you are under treatment or have a painful area, get your clinician's clearance first. Alternative movements are written into the schedule alongside.

Can I get a refund? Please note that reading the booklet will not cure atopic dermatitis. No more itching, and cured overnight without doing anything? If anyone says that, they deserve to be called a scammer. What we can promise you is this: the booklet, regularly priced at ₩50,000, is currently free of charge. Can I transfer what I bought to someone else?

No. A purchase cannot be transferred to another person or moved to another account. That is part of why the price sits below list price.
