Just keep this rule
- We never trade posture for a longer hold. The moment the back sags or the hips drop, the set is over. Five seconds of good form beats twenty of broken form.
- Doing it daily matters more than doing it long. Three minutes daily leaves more behind than thirty minutes once a week. The muscles that hold posture are endurance muscles.
- Avoid doing it straight after waking. For about an hour after waking, the spinal discs are full of fluid and vulnerable to bending. An hour after getting up is better.
- One minute at the desk, three times a day. Stand, open the chest and draw the chin back, ten seconds, six times. This matters as much as the three movements. The point is to break up the sitting.
- In four weeks, take the photo under the same conditions. Same spot, same angle, same clothes. Laid side by side, you see it with your eyes, not your gut.
If you completed four weeks
Next is the eight-week 〈Find Balance〉 — longer holds, more sets, and eighteen movement videos. After that, sixteen weeks of 〈Setting the Centre〉 Sitting · standing · walkingis where it moves — because posture that is good only during exercise is useless.
