Immunary · stage 1 〈Cleanse〉

Cleanse — two weeks of adding nothing

I lived with it for twenty-five years, piling on whatever was said to help, and Times it got bad again within a monthexists. So for the first two weeks we start nothing new. Taking out and Recording under the same conditions, these two only.

First we measure what you can do now

What to take out depends on where you are. These questions are not a diagnosis — they pick which tier you start from.

Are you applying or taking any medication We are not judging. If you are on medication, we are simply asking you to leave it as it is for two weeks.
Do you wake at night from itching Sleep is where recovery differs most.
Have you ever kept a record of how you are Photos or notes, either is fine. We only ask whether you kept it regularly.

02

Five things to do over two weeks

All of it Taking out or leaving in. Nothing new gets added. My biggest failure was 'piling on everything said to help, all at once'.

01 Don't start over Most important

For two weeks Start no new product, no new supplement, no new method. Keep using only what you use now.

Why Change several things at once and, when it worsens, you cannot tell what caused it. Not knowing this, I was back to worse within a month.

02 Take the photo under the same conditions A record

One page a day. Same spot, same hour, same lightShoot from there. Don't change the angle to look better.

Why Looked at daily, nothing changes. Lay two weeks side by side and it shows.

03 Write down what you ate and when you slept A record

One line is enough. What you ate, when you slept, whether you woke in the night.

Why On a worse day, The first two daysusually holds the clue. Without writing it down, you won't remember those two days.

04 Turning the moment you scratch into a record Take out

This is not telling you to resist the urge to scratch. Writing a line before you scratch — what time, where, and what you were doing.

Why Resisting takes strength and does not last. Writing takes less, and as you write, the recurring hours and situations show themselves.

05 Fix just one thing — the time you fall asleep Take out

Not the time you get up, but Time you fall asleepis what we fix. Weekends the same.

Why Itching worsens at night. Once sleep goes, the whole next day goes with it.

What 'the same conditions' actually means

These are the photos I have kept every two weeks since 31 July 2017. I did not pick flattering angles — I shot from the same place at the same angle every time. That is what makes them comparable.

2-week schedule

Each tier does something different. A tier only records. Even if you want to do more than below, hold back for two weeks.

Just keep this rule

  • Keep using your medication. Reducing or stopping must be decided with your own clinician. We give no advice whatsoever on medication.
  • For two weeks we add nothing new. Hear of something good? Write it down and postpone it past week 3. Change everything at once and you will never know what helped or hurt.
  • Don't try to write the log well. One line is enough. Trying to write at length is what most often ends it in three days.
  • Do not change the conditions of the photo. Same spot, same hour, same light. Not a flattering photo but A photo that invites comparisonis what is needed.
  • Having worse days is normal. Getting better in two weeks is not the goal. What makes it swing Finding it outis the goal.
The date it was taken is still in the photo · this is my own case

Once two weeks of records pile up

Next is the eight-week 〈Cleanse〉. This is where the emptying begins in earnest — sixteen videos, a weekly check-in, and what to do when it goes back. Then sixteen weeks of 〈Rebuild〉 and twenty-four of 〈Full Recovery〉.
